About me

I qualified as a personal trainer in 2010; Since starting to work with people in health and fitness, I have not stopped wanting to learn.

I have worked with 100s of women holistically to improve their health and body composition.

It all started with an obsession with weight loss and chasing the perfect body. I never felt good enough, lean enough, fit enough or happy enough. Since then and during my 5 years spent competing in bodybuilding, I have worked on taking a more holistic approach to health and fitness and want to share that with my clients.


I focus on using science paired with a client-centred approach to support clients in long-term behaviour change.

I love to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals and feel badass in training. I am keen on human anatomy and exercise mechanics, allowing me to better support clients in achieving their goals and getting the best from their training to feel good and prevent injury.

Dieting can become all-consuming; it can impact our body image and ability to enjoy life. It is easy to get confused with all the conflicting information on what we need to do inside and outside of training. This is why I am keen on making sure to educate my clients to leave them feeling confident in the whole process.

My aim with clients is to support you in living a more fulfilled life by reducing food and diet preoccupation & exploring health and fitness more holistically.

My job is to work alongside my clients to support their health and happiness while working on their physique goals.

I competed in bodybuilding for 5/6 years, I won shows including The British Finals and at the time loved the challenge the sport gave me.


Post competing, I worked on my relationship with food as I started to explore how I could live a fulfilled & healthy life away from my body being at the centre of everything; bodybuilding then became a thing of the past. Bodybuilding taught me a lot and has led to me loving supporting others in improving their relationship with their bodies, with food, and finding joy in life, exercise, and nutrition again.The lessons I have learned on my journey are invaluable, and I want to share them with as many people as I can.


Health is more than weight loss, food is more than calories, exercise is more than calorie burn, life is more than dieting, and you are more than how you look. I want to inspire people to work on their bodies while diving into the depths of their beautiful minds.
